Justin Chambers Discuses His Get-Out-of-Jail Card

Fans have been waiting over a week now to find out what happened with Grey’s Anatomy Alex Karev and Justin Chambers discusses just that issue.

Since Karev woke up in Meredith’s bed and not in jail at the end of last weeks episode we have all been asking the exact same questions, how? How did he end up there? How did he get out of his one?

Well in an interview with Entertainment Weekly (EW) Chambers reveals that:

“You’re gonna find out in this next episode how he got off, but I’m happy he’s going back to the hospital, and he’s gonna be back working in where he belongs, and curing young people.”

So, obviously he is coming back and by the looks of things, everything has been dropped. After all, if he had been found guilty, by taking a plea bargain or other means, but not being sent to prison then a charge would still exist and would therefore not be able to practice medicine.

Therefore, by Chambers saying that “he’s gonna be back working in where he belongs”, our conclusion is that the charges were completely dropped.

The next question now is, why were they dropped? Well we are going to go with it were DeLuca who had a hand in it, but this is all speculation.

This week’s episode, named None of Your Business, also continues the storyline of the fallout between the resistance of the attending’s and Bailey over the newly appointed Dr Minnick.
